The Contact Manager system works by managing addresses and individual family member details which are related to a Family Name.

Add Family Names to the system first, then you will be able to add address(es) to that family.

The Contact Manager will organise your address book so you can easily view Family Names, Full Names, Addresses and Addresses which you want to send a Christmas card to.

The Contact Manager has been designed to ease the chore of sending Christmas cards to your friends, family and work colleagues. Once you have entered the appropriate information into the system you can easily create mailing labels or print addresses directly onto envelopes, by using the Contact Managers powerful export feature.
